In order to rest Claire's neck and let the hair grow back I bought two harnesses on the internet at Rakuten's 犬快適生活: this one was on special reduced to 500yen as it's a summer season Japanese matsuri karakusa pattern. It fits beautifully: made of soft cotton, it looks good on her and seems to be comfy. Doesn't stop her setting and creeping for the pigeons though, but at least it's not putting strain on her neck.
